You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
Return Shipping Costs
Defective or Damaged Products: We cover return shipping costs and provide a prepaid label.
Non-Defective Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Restocking Fees

Refunds

Exchanges
To exchange an item, return the original product and place a new order.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this, cancellation may not be possible.
